Var CUTTING Cycle-Creatine A Yay or Nay?

Like I posted before I just started yesterday a my summer cutting cycle of 40mg var. Actaully this week I'm still eating like a pig(clean foods though) while the shit gets in my system, but starting next week I'm dropping the cals a bit and upping the cardio a lot. First, how much does adding craetine to an anavar cycle really matter in terms of gains, and secondly how bloated will I really get if I decide to add it. I mean I know creatine bloat can't be anything like be bloated on test. Right now I'm at 210lbs with about 13%bf. I don't really care about my weight, but I would like to get my bf down to around 9%. What do you think considering these goals should I get some today or what??
 
Use the creatine... it enhances the effects of var, and it also helps with fat loss. You will not look as cut while on the creatine, but I would reccomend it.
 
If I do take the creatine, how much bloat are we talking here. I'll be taking glucorell as well, won't this help in aiding my fat loss.

There's the next question. What type of creatine is the best??
 
Some people like all the creatine filled with all that filler crap, ala, hmb etc. When you pay for this stuff, why pay for the extra crap (which a lot of the time is sugar). Just get a decent micronized creatine. Make sure you get the micronized stuff otherwise it just sits in your stomach like sand in the bottom of a glass of water, and it will upset your stomach. You will notice the difference even when mixing it, it actually dissolves, unlike the non-micronized stuff.

re bloat and creatine, my understanding is the 'bloat' is water retention outside the muscles caused by the simple carbs most creatine drinks use to spike insulin to drive more creatine into muscles. creatine without the dextrose/insulin won't get to muscles as well, but it'll only draw water into the muscle (which is what you want) and not in skin (which is the dreaded bloat).

creatine and var very synergistic, so should probably use, just use the standalone stuff as suggested above and not the mixes like phosphagen/celltech/etc.


p.s. there are a number of 2nd gen low-suger creatine products that claim to drive creatine into muscle as well as the dextrose/insulin products, but I haven't used any, and haven't read any feedback on them. anybody?
 
I just mix creatine with dextrose/maltodextrin into sugar-free koolaid and pop 200mg of r-ala with it. My homemade superior version of cell tech.
 
tzan - Im doing the exact same as you mate, 40mg Spanish var ED

Im gonna go for SAN cubed creatin. Its coated in malic acid I think with NO carb/sugar so no bloat apparantly.
