Var Capsules

I ahve 50mg Var capsules. I know most bro's split their doses up into twice a day but I'm only gonna run 50mg a day. I don't want to go any higher than that right now. My question is is it ok to just take one dose a day? I know its not ideal but everything will be fine right?

i always take my winny 50mgs ed all at once... it may not be ideal for blood leverls, but i highly doubt it will effect ur gains

blood levels do effect gains, you will see the best gains at the most consistant blood levels

im taking 50mg caps too, but i take 2 a day! i recommend 100mgs a day, im loving it

i might up the dose but i just wanna start out at 50 and go from there.

i would be amazed to hear someone say " i notice signifigantly better results splitting my dosage of var/winny/abombs up through out the day.

maye fewer side effects like head ache.etc


however i would agree that shooting tren ed--giving you more stable blood levels--would def help lower sides and give you better results.




so again i would say is it IDEAL? no,
will it not keep ur blood levels completely stable?yes


are you going to notice such a drastic difference if u ran var again splitting it up 25mgs 2x a day as opposed to once a day?......... im going to have to disagree from my personal expierence with winny.

Well said... if you're locked w/caps then I don't think you have much of a choice though. Persoanlly, if I was in this situation, I would take it in the evening and let the copound be asborbed into my body while it is at rest... Just my opinion.

im not trying to be a dick, im saying have you gotten noticable better results taking winny or anavar or abombs if u have done those, by splitting up the dosage through out the day?

No because when i took winny i split the doses up! Like i said before do want you want i dont care but it only makes sense that if a drug has an active life of 8 hrs to space the dosing up. I am not a fan of these mega dosed orals, esp in capsule form-makin it nearly immpossible to split up and get accuratge dosing
