Var and what???

What have you run with Var and what was the best results you recieved? Dose and lenth would be good. Thank you!!
 
12 weeks.

1-12 400 test c/week
7-12 30mg var/day

Var is not a bulker, and it does not amortize. You will get string with it and the muscle gained is kept very well as long as PCT is done well.

I am on this cycle right now. I am actually considering running the var one week longer than my test to "bridge" (as Nelson puts it) to PCT.

And I disagree with the whole "bridging" thing...you can't bridge with an aas...you're still ON if you're taking var because var is a steroid...

agree--either cycle or TRT....and those who do long high-dose primo cycles may have to have an
amortization schedule

1-12 500mg Testosterone Enanthate/wk (Test Cyp will do too)
6-12 40mg Anavar/day
3-12 250iu HCG/2x wk

PCT:
13-17 Clomid 150/100/50/50

Your gains depend on your diet. More protein and good clean cals = more gains. I don't really do cardio (only 15 min warm ups), just strength training. If you do it right, you will come out with some quality gains and feel amazing while doing it - I always do. Good luck.
 
I like
test prop 500/week 1-10;
primo 400/week 1-10; and
var 30/day (lower works better for me) all 10 weeks----yes, if you have no liver issues, do not drink,no prohormones of any king, then 10 weeks is not crazy


the only problem is that you will have solid and great strength gain, but the tendons/ligaments will decline a bit (side effect of androgens) so keep the cycle short, add deca or equipoise or otc joint support and stay well hydrated.

i would also argue (my opinion) this is a better cycle for bros with many years of training as the soft tissue is used to taxing and developed well above the average bro and such a bro is also tuned in to good pain vs. bad pain.

Var is not nearly as taxing on the liver as other orals. You cant compare 10 weeks of var to 10 weeks of say winny or d-bol. Not even in the same category as far as Im concerned. 10 weeks of Var is no problem. Also, I do not drink, whether Im on cycle or off. Eat, right, train right, sleep right. Those who live well, die well. Those who live poor, die poor.
 
How about anavar at 20mg/day and dbol at 30mg/day for 10 weeks? I haven't done at cycle in 6 years and used to take 250mg/ of sostenon/week. I was 180pds when I used and am 171 now at the same bodyfat of 9%. I want to avoid test because of the acne and hair loss problems but not sure if dbol will have the same side effects even at a low dosage. I would be happy to gain 5 pds from this cycle.
