I am taking 10mg of var, two weeks in. This is my first cycle and I am wondering if I should up the dose ? Trying to gain muscle of course or why would I be taking it, BUT yes I am also trying to lose body fat. Diet is very low carb, cycling it two days out of the week. Only about 1200 calories a day. Cardio is 4 x a week. Training is 4x a week as well. I am at 24% bf , I know that is high. Trying to get to 14%. Doing a bikini comp so I do not need major muscle gain but would love about 4 lbs added. So my question is should I bump to 15mg or 20 mg total for the day ? I have had no side effects at all and no water retention. Also started an ECA stack last week but substituting the aspirin for Green Tea Extract pill.
