I am taking 10mg of var, two weeks in. This is my first cycle and I am wondering if I should up the dose ? Trying to gain muscle of course or why would I be taking it, BUT yes I am also trying to lose body fat. Diet is very low carb, cycling it two days out of the week. Only about 1200 calories a day. Cardio is 4 x a week. Training is 4x a week as well. I am at 24% bf , I know that is high. Trying to get to 14%. Doing a bikini comp so I do not need major muscle gain but would love about 4 lbs added. So my question is should I bump to 15mg or 20 mg total for the day ? I have had no side effects at all and no water retention. Also started an ECA stack last week but substituting the aspirin for Green Tea Extract pill.
 
I'd up dosage but I think cals are too low hard to really say without stats but 1200 real low for anyone. Body most be likely siting in survival mode due to low cals and won't shed fat. Id up dosage and up protein

10mg of ANAVAR should be plenty. If I was working with you I would have you on a different diet and some CLENBUTEROL and T3 to shed some fat.

My coach just had me drop this low 8 weeks out from my contest prep. I am currently eating 180 grams of protein so I don't really wanna go any higher. I am 5'5", 133lbs, 24%bf. Since this diet I am actually dropping weight and my bf is going down about .2 % each day so I don't feel like I am holding on to fat too bad. Just curious if I should up to 15mg per day or 20mg.
 
I would offer advice but since you already have a coach i will not offer conflicting advice ,i could get you there faster but i don't like getting into conflicting advice .....sorry!
