it tend to mimic the effects of insulin though not to that extent.. you can use it post workout with your creatine/carb drink to enhance the effects of creatine... A lot of people also swear that they get harder muscles while using this stuff though I am quite skeptical about the significance of the increased hardness.. use it and ttest it out for yourself... who knows, you just might become the next person to swear by this stuff.. hell,, you wouldn't be the first, hehe..
