I'm headed out of town on monday for about 10 days. I won't have access to a gym or anything. I'm taking creatine and protein and glutamine peps and flax in my diet now. I've been on creatine for about 3 weeks. Should I drop it while I'm on the beach, or should I keep it going for the next 5 weeks before I cycle off?
