V82's Test/Mast/Var cycle log - lets roll!!!

OK here it is, finally ready to rock n roll, starting Monday!!
Current stats - 5,11", 180lbs, bf 11% maybe???
Will upload current pics before Monday.

CYCLE
1 - 10 Test E 375mg 1 - 4 Test Prop 1ml/eod
1 - 10 Mast E 600mg
6 - 11 Anavar 60mg/day
PRE PCT
11 - 15 Mast E 200mg
PCT
16 - 20

Diet will be TKD - carbs before and post work out only. Fat and protein rest of the time. Calories approx 3200 for first 6 weeks then will re-asses and probably drop down.
Routine will be weights 5 x week, rest days Thursday & Sunday with morning pre-breakfast cardio 4 x week.

Will keep tabs on training style, lifts, weight fluctuations and some meals + whatever else may arise :D

You look pretty lean bro. Maybe under 11% that you think you are. Calipers will put you under 11% I believe.

I like the cycle. Mast e run at the same level or higher than the test is exactly how I do it and how I think it should be done. Why are you not running test the whole duration of the cycle? Are you drying out those last few weeks for pics or something?

You could throw in some winny at the end if that's the case.
 
agreed with the bodyfat estimation (8-10% would be my guess from those pics)

why are you dieting down u should up the cals by 1,000
 
UAIRON - im running test for 10 weeks and trying out a pre pct before the actual PCT in order to try and not lose any gains. There is a thread on this started by "Ross" interesting read.
SUBZERO - ive sort of change my mind with this, although by the end of it i want all 8 abs showing. were coming up to summer down here in OZ.
im aiming to take in about 3500 calories for the first 6 weeks then will reassess it.
 
Day 1 - training split is Push/Pull/Legs rest day Thursday and Sunday.
Today did Push (chest, shoulders, tri's)
Incline dumbell press, flat bench press, pec dec machine
Military press with barbell, pull ups, lateral raises
Dips + weight, Straight bar extension on cable machine.

Total Calories consumed today - 4185 Calories

My diet looks like this - going to stick to this pretty much every day maybe change a few meals around. Been so full all day last few meals were hard to swallow!!

Morning cardio - 40 min medium pace walk.
Meal 1 - 4 whole eggs cooked in butter + drink 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Meal 2 - Tuna, mayo, 50g walnuts
Meal 3 - 250g chicken breast cooked in cream, brussel sprouts, drink 1 tablespoon olive oil
Meal 4 - 100g wholemeal pasta with 200g beef mince in tomato paste sauce
Train - weights
Meal 5 - PWO shake (190ml egg whites, 1 scoop ON whey protein powder, 75g Oats, 1 x banana, 100g raspberries, 250ml skim milk)
Meal 6 - Barramundi fillet cooked in butter, mayo, broccoli, drink 1 x tablespoon of olive oil
Meal 7 - 50g Walnuts, 1 tablespoon natty PB, Caesine protein shake

you weigh less, and eat more than me, damn. how many cycles have you done? do you really think you will get fat?

i think if you bulk a tiny bit over maintanence and just add like 100 cals per week for the first 3/4ths of your cycle, then taper it down for the last 1/4th you will add size but get leaner. your caloric needs on cycle are much higher than off cycle, your metabolism goes in high gear

bro just done the 2, but they were pretty low dosed.
Im sure i will get a little fat but im trying to keep the diet clean as, once again today i had over 4000 cal all clean though.
Plus im doing fasted cardio in the morning.

Today was back/traps/bis
Deadlifts, cable row, bent over rows, chin ups
behind the back barbell shrugs
EZE bar curls and dumbell hammer curls

Deadlifts went up today from 2 weeks ago.
heaviest set was 398lbs x 4

Feeling good, was sore as today after yesterdays session after having a week off but feel like im recovering well.
Food intake same as yesterday, swapped chicken breast for chicken thighs and swapped barramundi for beef patties/cheese. Rest was the same.
 
Rest day today (Thursday) trained legs/abs yesterday
Squats, leg press, lying down leg curls, calves
Abs - did 2 exercises x 4 sets each
PB on squats yesterday was 264lbs x 6
Calories around 4200
My whole body is sore today because of the week off last week, so really glad today is off! Just enjoying eating :biggrin:
had carbs in meal 1 @ 2 today, rest of the day will be protein/fats
Only weird thing i noticed is i keep waking up randomly in the middle of the night, probably once or twice during the night!
 
Friday trained chest tris and shoulders.
Strength has slightly increased after only 5 days, you notice that before when you would fail after 3 or 4 reps, now i can push out another 3 or 4 before failing.
Saturday was back, traps and bi's and sunday rest day.
Appetite has increased, pretty much eating every 2-3 hours.Libido has gone through the roof the last few days, constantly getting a hard on at ease during the day lol with the slightest of sexual thoughts!!
Calories are still around 4000 mark. With carbs only pre and post workout.
Last night had my first cheat meal of the week, smashed 1 1/2 domino's pizza.
Tonight not looking forward to legs as my quad is still corked form yesterdays prop shot!
 
Officially been one week, up 5.5lbs
chest, shoulders, tris today
Did a PB today on Incline Dumbell press 110lbs a side x 3 reps
Will post a pic at the end of this week on progress!
Though i would share my PWO shake, think its pretty good!!
190ml Egg Whites
250ml Skim Milk
1 scoop of ON Whey Protein (strawberry flavour)
Hand full of raspberries
1 x Bannana
75g of Oats
All mixed and blended
Cal - 760 Protein - 65g Carbs - 86g Fat - 12g
 
Today was back/traps/bis
Tbar row Pb was 308lbs x 7 reps
Weighted wide grip chin ups
Machine row super setted with reverse fly's
high cable rows super setted with bent over rows
behind the back barbell shrugs supper setted with close grip chin ups
seated dumbell curls x 7 sets 45 seconds rest in between sets
fkn pumped after this workout, took one scoop of Jacked pre work out
up to 188lbs in weight now
 
legs today was painful with a corked thigh.
Managed to pull out 4 x 308lbs squats ass to the floor
apetite is pretty big now, first day was struggling to eat 4000 cal now no problems
Not getting any bloat at the moment which is good, think the mast is helping there.
No sides to speak off, a little warmer than usual and sweating a lot more at the gym.
Tomorrow chest, shoulders, tris then got mates bday so will try not to drink to much 6 or 7 if i can control myself.
Only time i plan on drinking during this cycle. havent had a drink in 4 weeks either so been good in that department.
