Using Treadmills to become LEAN

Hello All -

I am currently 3 days into this cycle:

Cyp-----EQ-----D-Bol-----Winny-----Arimidex

Then the usual clomid therapy starting on week 13.

My stats are: 20yr 5'9" 195-197lbs about 10%bf

My question is I want to become a lean 210-215 around 6-8%bf. Can this be acheived with this cycle?? Also, is it a good idea to use the treadmill for about an hour or so a day to acheive these goals??

How many cycles have you done?

You don't have to do an hour a day, with that cycle and a good diet, and at least 4 sessions of cardio 30 minutes a week you should hit you goal. If you feel that you need a bit more than add another session of cardio in there.

Don't get pissed if it seems like your cardio isn't working because the Dbol will add some water to ya which you'll piss out post cycle :)
 
This is my 3rd cycle, and hoping it to be the best. I took some time off due to legal problems and am now back in the swing of things.

It may look like I am taking a shitload of D-Bol, but it is Bruce Lee's shit, so it may be underdosed.

either bulk or diet, DONT DO BOTH AT THE SAME TIME. here is what i would suggest

run your cycle out and bulk as hard as you can, then take 2 weeks for bridging with slin or low doses of gear and reup on tren and test with some arimidex and diet your ass off for another 8 weeks
 
I think I am going to use this cycle to get me to 215-220 or so. I will still run on the treadmill to keep my bf% lower.

Then I may be doing a Tren & Winny cycle.
 
one hour a day is not necessary. If you are now doing no cardio and are 10% BF start with 20-30min. and a good diet. An hour a day will probably hurt you more then it will help.
 
I dont believe in cardio myself... I dont see the point You burn 300-500 calories max and how will you know where these calories come from they could be from food or muscle or fat it just leaves too much room for error...Now it will work but if you are maintaining at 10% this probably means you have a pretty good natural ability to burn fat like I do to....On this amoutn of anabolics especially dbol which is known to becrease cortisol catabloism from cardio could be a moot point but why not just eat 300-500 calories less and eat higher protien and balanced carbs and fat and take something like clen or eca or even t3 (that shit scares me personaly)...and why 75mg dbol on cutting...ye sI know anything can cut but the amount of estrogen it causes may not just cause bloat but fay also due to estrogen related or female pattern fat...just some thoughts for you
 
very similiar situations too dude....I'm 19 200 10% or so second cycle 3 days in....Lookinf to get to 210-215 at like 6-8

That is what I would do, after the workout. You can modify it according to how things are going. Never start out with an hour a day of cardio.

R u on a strickly bulking diet?? What does your cycle look like??

I think I am just going to bust ass to get to 215-220 and cut down after...
 
We all have similiar goals, and stats, and we just started our cycles....

I am 20years old, 198lbs, and about 12% bf, my goal is 210lbs @ 7-8%bf. I started my cycle last Monday. This is my second cycle.

Enanathate 600mg/week 10 weeks
Ttkoyo EQ 600mg/week 10weeks
Fina 75mg/ED 6 weeks(stating on the 6 week of enan and EQ)


What do you guys think about my thread on bridging?

I'm doing what I call a lean mass cycle...I have never followed a good diet meaning i always ate junk atleast twice a day or more meaning chicken fingers, icecream or cookies ect atleast 2-3 times a day....I am eating mainly protien now and some carbs lowered fat intake ALOT and cutting out most simple carbs...Cycle looks like this...
week 1-10...500-600mg EQ (3 bottles depends on if underfilled)
week 1-2....600mg test cyp
week 3-11..400-500mg test cyp
week 3-10..75mg fina ED
week 3-10..50mg winny ttokyo tabs a day
week 1-12.. .5mg liquidex a day

This cycle looks strange and yes I see its flaws but there are individual situations here that are why its like this...

Taking ECA 5 days a week

I like the idea of bridging I see it as this...no bridge is like...3-1+2.5=4.5 meaning cycle reults do diminish over time but you still get maximal gains with no bridge but loose some when off
with bridge...3+1+2=6...you dont gain much when off but dont loose and with anavar your overall phyique will increase not so much mass

This is very unscientific because i dont have time to write a good post right now and dont have the desire too as I'va said my full thoughts on it several times
 
Bruce Lee D-bols and not weak!

You might be taking "Bruce Lee" Shit but let me tell ya......THEY ARE STRONG SHIT!!

I dropped them after 2 weeks. I was only taking 50 / day and I looked like a Walking water bed! I would suggest dropping them all together and saving them for a cutting cycle or cut that does down a little bit.

His D-bols are strong!

I know they are potent, I watched my cousin BLOW up on them.

I just dont like how I can not split them more than in half. So that is why I am going up to 75. That is a half a pill three times a day.

If they start fucking with me, I will cut the dose down and go off.
