I crack up at the guys doing some bizarre lifting routine & ask why & they go "Oh I read it in Flex magazine".LOL. Right on dude, the bible of bodybuilding *insert sarcasm*

what he says makes sense for athletes training for wrestling/grappling. personally, im not a fan of 3/wk full body workouts.
 
Great read thanks for posting it Qsis.

I use a lot of the same techniques having been a bb'r at one time myself. So I still use some of the same strategies and methods with my basis being in the big three and strongman events.
