using the cables...felt pretty good..

I have a inflamation in my right shoulder. I can't do narrow grip presses or dips for my triceps. I therefor thought I would do something else for a change. This is what I did

Tricepspressdowns V-grip
10reps warmup
then 5 sets each 8reps with a weight I was just able to do 8reps with

Reverse grip tricepspressdowns

5set
8reps each

FELT GREAT!

One arm OH french press with dumbell

4sets
10reps each

ended this with 2sets of pressdowns V-grip and 1 set reverse grip and then 1 set of 20reps kickbacks.

Today I'm so very very sore, and It looks like they acctually have increased by size.

I thought I would do this for biceps tomorrow

Bicepscurls BB, 5 x 8reps

Bicepscurls DB seated incline 3 x 8

Biceps cable scottcurls 2 x 8

Copncentration curls 1 set of 5reps, then 1 set of 10reps and end with one set of 20reps

HIgh GI carbs before the session. Dextro after and 1 hjihour later baked potatoes and so on. A high GI day to so speak(half day, fist half..)
