Hey guys,
I'm a diabetic (type 1) so i use insulin everyday. I ordered some clen from AG and i have some concerns i want to take care of.
I have read that clen makes you more resistant to insulin. how resisitant? is it major or like a couple units difference? i understand i need to monitor my blood sugar very closely and i will, probably testing it 5 times a day.
is there any other complications that could occur that i'm not aware of?
i will be on a strict diet while using with mainly protein and low to moderate carbs and low fat. when i diet i have to lower my insulin dosage because of the lack of carbs. my concern is i might lower my dosage too much (due to the resistence to insulin from clen) and go into ketoacidosis. this isnt the good version that you want on a keto diet, this the version that you body eats your muscles for food and a bunch of bad stuff so that is what i really want to avoid.
also, how anti-catabolic is it? like, will it keep my muscle even on a sub 2000 calorie diet? obviously, i wont be extreme and starve myself (ie 2000 cal diet. i'll use a 2500-3000 cal for dieting) but i just was curious.
