using bpc and tb500 for faster knee recovery

Looking for some advice on running bpc157, and tb500 for faster recovery. My main concern is my knees. I do play basketball and it’s on hard concrete. A few weeks ago, I jumped up for a rebound and I landed a little awkwardly on my knee. A friend of mine said that I have some water retention in my knee and that’s the problem.. any advice on if I should do 10mgs a week of tb500 and 500mcg of bpc straight into the knee?
 
tb500 10mgs per week is good. you should front load it with bpc 250mcg EOD. see how you like it
 
i would consider GHK too. all 3 would work well. peptides are good stacked
