Using a PO Box

New member
Ok...I resently picked up A PO BOX (Not in my name) The box is at a non-usps location. I have a key that gives me access 24 hours a day. MY plan was to never ick up a pack when there is someone on duty. So no one ever see's me picking up packs. Furthur more I make sure that all packs sent comfortable fit in the box ,thus I would never need to sign for a large pack that did not fit, because that wont happen. Also I do not get gear from anyone who send with a signature required.I have a few questions regarding this. If the government finds whats in the pack how will they proceed to deliver it ? If there is a slip in the box, obviously I know whats up, and I will have my frend call and say to return it to sender because he was not expecting it. Would they attempt to deliver it to his house hold by getting the records from the mail Store the box is at ? What should be the worst that could happen. I would like to also add, the only gear that will be ordered to the po box is for personal use, so I will never recieve any amount that could be considered "intention to sell" by ANY Law inforcement agency. I appreciate any response in regards to this matter.

No plan is fool proof. If they want to get you, there are a variety of approaches they could take. For example, they could have the mail center call you to tell you that the package was damaged in transit and needs to be picked up during business hours so you can sign a damage waiver. Or, if they're very bored and patient, they could stake out the box after hours. As a last resort, they might just show up at your friend's house with the package in hand for a little "knock and talk." Surprised and intimidated, most individuals make incriminating remarks against themselves ... or others. You can read about countless true examples of what can happen in LEGAL MUSCLE.

Is it easy to quickly find good examples of this in your book? What I guess I'm trying to say do you have your case samples split into different sections, such as the one we are discussing?

So I sure as hell wont go and pick anything up that needs to be signed for, so if they call and give me your senario of damaged goods, or anything else, what would they do If I said I wasnt expecting anything and they should return it to the sender. At that point would they come to the house to "talk." I would imagine unless they get you picking up the pack red-handed they really dont have anything a decent lawyer cant get by.

Rick's book is amazingly well written... it is complete and yet readable by non-attorneys.

I suggest that everyone buy it who is in the "game" -- the link to purchase it is in my signature. :)

Again, NO plan is absolutely 100% fool proof. Video would be quite incriminating, especially with the testimony of the PMB staff positively identifying you as the person who took the package in your sweaty little hands. Of course, they'd need to find out who you are in order to bust you. Assuming the feds don't have the time or interest (on a small order) to stake out the box during the hours that you typically pick up packages (e.g., after work), the PMB staff could have been instructed to page the agents when you pick it up or to casually get your license plate number.

Rick, I must say that just from your post alone, I have learned so much... Can't wait to read the book and thanks for helping us so much...muscleup

Soprano: My plan is almost the exact same as yours. Only I got someone else to open the teh post office box account with his fake ID. We then destroyed the fake ID.

I agree with rick when he says that no plan is foolproof, but yours is pretty good, and its good that your taking precautions not to pick up the pack during business hours. Its also a good idea to scope out the neighborhood and area around the post office before pickin gup late at night to see if there are any suspicious vehicles nearby.

That's what law enforcement refers to as a "heat check." When you least expect it, expect it. That filthy-looking, homeless guy at the park acroos the street, or the guy with the hardhat and lunch pail at the bus stop, they could all be feds or SSGs (un-armed, surveillance support group personnel for the feds).

Destroying the ID doesn't accomplish ANYTHING-they make photocopies of your ID (usually in duplicate).
