After 4 years of not seeing my brother he was coming to visit me here in US today, but guess what the US CUSTOMS halted and sent him back home... I didn't even got the chance to see him or say hi. The almighty and "effective" US CUSTOMS who do everything but catch to the bad guys... sent back an inocent kid, who never had a passport before or even went really far from home. 8 hour flight to see me and this shit happens. :finger:
 
In a due respect to you sir. he should have had his documentation in order.. I see your frustration however it is necessary. I hope you get to see your brother at a later date when he has the proper documents..
 
This is so frustrating, he had everything in order the thing is his flight ticket was for 3 months so I think he might be rettained because of that, it's hard too give solid reasons for staying 3 months here on vacations.
 
3 sides to every story.

I'm gonna assume he lied to the agents. 3 month vacation with $200 in your pocket isn't going to fly.

Think our immigration is bad. Try Japan or SA or Venezuela.

He is bad shape, needs to grow a lot, still lives with our father, mother died 11 years ago and he has hard time socializing. I need him here so he can develop.

He's gonna have to get a lawyer who can argue his can professionally. Though if he lied, it will be an uphill costly battle.

Why on earth is he not a citizen???!

He was just coming on visit, maybe he would get a student visa later to take some classes.

I'm not a citizen either, but I pay my taxes.
 
Maybe he shouldn't of brought along the dynamite and wore the Death To The USA t-shirt?

He smelled of "overstay" to the agents when he got here. Tourist visa with a 3 month ticket just wont do.

US customs is a fucking joke...i paid extra money to fly to thailand to stay the hell out of the states.

He is flying home and he has a new job already in England.

There was much anxiety and expectation about him coming to the US and I wanted to show the rest of the family that my brother
could manage to make it here. He is very imature, has lack of self-confidence and our family isn't very cheerful either, specially with him.

I just wanted to help him and prove everybody wrong, but this shit happened :(

I am happy the customs didn't let him in, for all I know he could have just gotten out of an al qaeda training camp
 
Ive been rejected by us border agents twice, same female agent both times abot one year apart. To make a couple long stories short, they can turn you back if they don't like you, period. Both time I had all my paper work in order. I simple drove to a different crossing about 20 miles away and crossed no problem the same day. After the bitch at the first crossing told me not to try it or else I wouldn't be allowed entry for five years. They took my pic and finger prints too. What does that tell you about the competance of those agents.
 
I just got back from a cruise to mexico and they cancelled my passport! LOL They were giving me shit, took me into the back customs office and I told the guy keep my passport I don't care, I will report it lost. The guy looked at me with a real pissed off attitude and said don't worry about it I will cancel it for you. I was looked at him and said thanks for waisting my $65. He handed me my worthless passport and I walked out of there, my GF was pissed she wanted to tell that guy off for being a prick. The funny thing is they didn't say anything to her and her passport had expired 2 years ago. WTF!
