Do you guys think that high fructose corn syrup is worse for you than any other type of sugars? I've heard a lot of people bashing the corn syrup which is no doubt bad but I don't know if it is worse than any other type of sugar.

I agree. I think that too much sugar is equally bad regardless of how the sugar was manufactured.

It's worse. The processed U.S sugar is bad period, we're not built to handle that shit in the volumes that we ingest it. But high fructose is in mother fucking "EVERYTHING". Don't beleive me, go look in your fridge and pantry and do some reading. It's cheap fucking filler that requires our bodies to break out the heavy artillery to process it and it provides us with absolutely NOTHING our bodies need. It's like the federal tax.....you're always payin but you get nothin back.

I'm one of those millions of Americans. I still don't understand my condition very well. My sugar levels are on the high end of normal but my insulin is too high.

May I know the symptoms of being a diabetic?
