We did some inclines, cleans, some oly lifts, zott press, and AR.
Everything was really new to me, still gotta work on my form on the oly lifts as nothing seemed right or comfortable.
Kept doing a reverse curl instead of a clean, became fun when the weights started going up lol.
In short, i'm gonna practice with the bar tomorrow to get my form right. Oh yea, my cns is completely burned out.
BTW, the guy is a monster on the incline.
