Wow, you are repping out close to 300 lbs, huh? Weren't you taking a week off thoough?
 
REst did you good though, those were powerful reps... I remmeber the 275 you did you were wobbly with your elbows flaring out..... probably because it was your max at the time. This is good idea Im going to do some declines as well probably tomorrow. Anyway I think you can get 315 easily with that decline, its just the mental aspect of 3 plates that may be hard

I already got 315 on the decline and 305 on the flat. I could probably get 315 on the flat now but I don't like to max out too often because it burns me out.
