Well my dieting plan ended last week and it's so funny because I started a new one the day after. I'm hovering around 205 lean pounds right now and looking to get down another 10 pounds before hitting up my next cycle. Anyway I still do have pics to post up but haven't gotten my film developed yet and haven't gotten around to doing it. I'm pretty much working all the time and the free time I do have I'm going out having fun and of course working out. I do have some bad news though. Last Tuesday while cleaning up the dumbell racks in a rush I knocked over a 45 pound dumbell right off the rack and it landed right on my right big toe breaking it. So now no Krav Maga and my leg training is limited to lighter leg presses and other less appealing exercises. No squats or deadlifts for a while! FUCK! Anyway it's a setback but I'm planning on coming out strong. I can still walk though thank God as it's just my one toe. It's all wrapped up so it's all good. Just hate limping around everywhere I go. Oh well that's life for you. It will heal. So anyway how's everything been around here? I see some changes have been made. How's everyones training and juicing coming along?
