I went the low carb route with one carbup on day 7. Seems like the carbup bumped up my fatloss because I saw no results until Day 8, now the fat is just driping off me and Its only been 2 days since my last dose. Could be the water retention but it doesn't matter to me, I'm very pleased with the results so far.
My sides were low throughout the whole cycle. The sweating was off and on and didn't really bug me much. I didn't soak my pillow like some of you guys and the lethargy didn't hit me until my cycle was over. Yesterday morning I woke up and could barely move, I was walking around like a zombie all day with 0 energy. Trying to sleep last night was a bitch, I had the window open and the fan going with no covers, I woke up every 1-2 hours with cold sweats and couldn't get myself up to turn off the fan or close my window.
I was supplementing with Vitamin C, Multivitamins and some Calcium pills. I only lost 2 pounds so far on this cycle which isn't too great but I feel and look like I lost about 10 pounds without question. My abs are finally showing and areas that I always grabbed for fat to see if I lost weight are definalty smaller than before.
Only thing I'm worried about is putting back on the weight I have lost. My diet will stay clean and I start going back to the gym on monday so hopefully I can pick up a couple pounds of muscle on the rebound. Also my next DNP cycle starts on the 10th of June. I'll be doing things a bit differently this time around though. My diet will be 33/33/33 and I won't drop my workout routien. It will be a 6 day cycle, Day 1 will be 600mg and the rest will be 400mg.
Only questions I have for you guys is...
1) My birthday is on the 8th of June and I plan on doing some heavy drinking (its been awhile since I've had any alcohol), will I be safe or will DNP still be in my system and fuck me up.
2) My next cycle is in 10 days, is this enough recovery time?
3) I've tryed doing some research on Bromo but can't seem to find any useful information. I hear it helps your metabolism jump back to its normal state after a DNP cycle and I'd like to get my hands on it. Can it be found in drug stores or is it something I'll need to get in the blackmarket?
