Not sure if everyone knows but I got hit with a BAD case of cellulitis in my leg.
I walked on it for a week before I wound up in the ER for three nights.
I had and IV for 3 days too.
I spent most of the week on crutches. No gym.
The worst part is I only ate once a day. When I did it was fast food.
Any way. I dropped 10lbs. I am down to 242 (6'3")
I am going back to the gym today. Just machines until I can walk on my own without any issues.
I took these today.

*The funny thing is when I looked at them all I noticed was how fucking bald I look! LOL

I would trade hair for the 7th and 8th abdominals any day. But then again, I am going bald anyway. But if I had hair, I would trade it for 7 & 8.

Good luck on the recovery slat.

Any day you want to post up your typical diet, I'm sure people would hand out karma and some hefty praise.

I know you run your cycles low, but what do take in to maintain 8% and 250 pounds?

I was hit in the leg with a folding table. It was swing like a baseball bat.
My diet is pathetic right now.
I call it my white trash diet.
Here it is:

8am - 2 scps 100% whey w/ on tbspn of ANPB
10am - repeat
noon - 4 pcs Ezekial bread with ANPB
3pm - same as 8am and 10am
PWO - 2 scps Ultra Size, 3 Mass maker
Dinner - 8oz of chicken/steak or turkey
*I only drink water or sugar free energy drinks like Speed Stack.

Thats it! I call it my White Trash diet because I am spending as little money as possible to achieve the results I want.
I know I could put on more size and drop some fat with more whole foods. Its just not in the finances right now!

Ha ha you are so right. Cutting it shorter and going tanning is my secret weapon! LOL
 
slat how do you find ezeikial? taste? carb source and bf storage wise? i noticed with breads if they are my main carb souce i will add unwanted bf

im thinking to give a shot after my contest, i wasreading on the md board and noticed cutler swears by it
 
You look good bro. You are your biggest critic. Im doing well on just 100mgs test e a week now and realize now how much Ive over done it in the past.

You still look great. I might have to try the white trash diet. I'm spending way too much on food. Sadly people not having money seems to be at epidemic proportions as of late.

I eat the cinnoman-raison. It tastes great and is filling.
The no sodium one sucks the moisture out of you.
I was speaking with the guy who does Cutlers diet. He was raving about the stuff and said it was one of the ways he brought Jay's waist down a bit.
 
Did it hurt when you got your ab pierced for that diamond stud?

If there is one thing I have learned it is you don't need much to grow.
Its all diet.

I was with my buddies parents this weekend.
They told me they didn't even realize it was me when they saw me in January.
I was 265 with a shaved head and goatee.
Body fat was WAY up but I still had 8 (soft) abs.
Apparently, to them I look f'n huge! LOL
