If anyone has been curious as to where I've been (probably at most 2 people
), I've just had an extremely hectic schedule and can't find a lot of time to post. I'm doing the following:
-Full-time school
-Full-time work
-Strength training 2-3 times a week
-Egoscue corrective exercises every day
-Core Performance (the book) routine (this is an all-encompassing 6 days a week program, but I changed a bit of the strength training portion)
-Striking Arts 4-6 days a week (basically a combination of Muay Thai and boxing, with a smidge of other styles thrown in where effective, essentially K-1 training) under Jeff Ford.
Free time? What's that?
