If anyone has been curious as to where I've been (probably at most 2 people :) ), I've just had an extremely hectic schedule and can't find a lot of time to post. I'm doing the following:

-Full-time school
-Full-time work
-Strength training 2-3 times a week
-Egoscue corrective exercises every day
-Core Performance (the book) routine (this is an all-encompassing 6 days a week program, but I changed a bit of the strength training portion)
-Striking Arts 4-6 days a week (basically a combination of Muay Thai and boxing, with a smidge of other styles thrown in where effective, essentially K-1 training) under Jeff Ford.

Free time? What's that?

I knew you were working alongside full-time studies, but that's a hell of a schedule! :)

(Aside: My training partner's finishing up his grad studies at my alma mater. He has a Cyber Defender (full) scholarship from the gov't, so he doesn't have to work at all. The next time he says he's too bogged down with schoolwork to make a gym appt., I'll be sure to cite your example :) )

Anyway, I don't think the board's going anywhere. Post when you can, and don't work yourself too hard if you can help it!
 
damn, thats a lot of stuff. I remember full time college and full time working at the same time, finding time to train was tough, I used to trade sleep for training
