Update!!!!

I wanted to inform you that i have carefully critiqued this cycle and i believe i have it down pat, but i need your opinions too. Here is the cycle, supplement information, & training days:

Cycle

Week 1-5: Dianabol @ 30mg per day
Week 1-10: Sustanon @ 750mg per week (mon-wed-frid shots)
Week 1-10: Equipoise @ 200mg per week (for more food!)
Week 7-12: Fina @ 75mg EOD
Week 7-10: Winstrol @ 50mg ED
Week 11-12: Winstrol @ 50mg EOD

Arimidex: 1mg Every day
Nolvadex: 20mg EOD until Dbol is stopped

Reason for that is that my body for some reason likes gyno. :) Not cool. Dont wanna be wearing a bra ya know.

And post cycle, of course Clomid for 3 weeks.

Now, for the supplements I'm taking:

2 N large II shakes per day
800mg ALA
Vanadyl Sulphate
CLA
ZMA
Multivitamin pack
Liverite (for the dbol)
Synthatek Vitamin b12 injections
Vitamin B5
Vitamin C
V12 Creatine
Flax seed oil
Amino acids

And honestly, i probably left a couple out. Cant remember everything.

Training days are Monday - Thursday, one bodypart per week. I think this is the best way my body grows, and i have tried other methods but i think this one suits me best.

And nutrition........
4000 calories a day
350 to 400 g protein
300 to 450 carbs
Fat around 60 grams

My metabolism is pretty fast, and im looking to gain solid lean mass with minimal amounts of fat, and i think this cycle will do it.
Any opinions? I would really appreciate any info or suggestions you may all have. Thanks guys!
 
Looks pretty well planned...as long as the doc said it's good to go...then go for it. But I personally think you're using too much gear...I'd drop the winny or eq.

i would start fina right after dbol, dont wait 1 week
 
Looks fine by me. The only question I would have is on the eq. I don't know that 200mg per week of that compound is gonna get you that much where it would be worth it.
 
Not too shabby bro - I love to see a well planned cycle without a bunch of pyramiding and other stupid bullshit. I could tinker, but if those are the products that you have, then it's pretty solid. I really love to see someone that actually eats protein like they're supposed to! Good planning = good gains! As far as your diet is concerned, I like (and believe in) "front loading" my carbs early on and then primarily eating protein and good fats in the evening - a.k.a. doggcrapp's diet With this I've always been able to stay within a few digits of a reasonable contest weight and still be nice and full during the off season. Yeah 200 won't do much. If you don't have enough to up the dose then I'd just save it.
 
Bulldog- yeah after i talked to my doctor, and found everything would be fine, i decided to go with it. I may just drop the EQ since i dont have as much as i usually have had in the past. I think that the b12 will be good enough for the hunger part of it.

Serge- I will take your advice on that

LOL, I must have missed the EQ (I hadn't fed in an hour, so my blood sugar was low or something), anyway - I agree save it for a rainy day (a rainy day with a solid base of test anyway).
