Update to "Before" BB Contest Pictures....

Ok here's the update to my "before" BB Contest pic's. Got 2nd place in the men's Light Weight Novice Class out of field of 5.....1st place guy was a middle weight who got dropped down B/C he was the only midlle weight entrant. Anyways just want to thank "LITTLEMAGS" for the very helpful advice and recommendations. This was my 1st BB Contest and was going in blind until "LITTLE MAGS" put some light on things for me so thanks BRO.!!! I got 1 more Contest this coming saturday then 1 more in June, after that it's time to rest the body......and YES, I got bit by the "bug"......my long term goal: get to the Nationals with in 2 more years!

Hey Bros. Thanks for the good words....ya know before "littlemags" started to semi-coach me I got ALL my info from EF. This place is the BOMB! SO MUCH information here......just gotta put in the time read, research, then decipher what works for you. To everyone here THANK YOU.....Before entering this past show I have NEVER been to nor even seen a bodybuilding contest in person, video, or T.V. Hey yeah....this past saturday @ weigh-ins came in at 160lbs. went up into the middles.....came out 2nd place out of field of 7. Man there 's some HUGE middle weight dudes out there! I'm glad that I'm blessed with leaness, symmetry and one of the best X-pro body builder trainers around. I'll post up some pics soon....Thanks again everyone for all the support!
