update on my primo cycle

Well I am still sick but I had to share this with you guys... Like I said I have been on the primo for about 6 weeks now and today I put on this suit thinking it may not fit... Only to find out that it not only fit but is TOO BIG!! The stats as of monday was I was down 9 pounds of fat and up 5 pounds of muscle.... SO EXCITED!!

I will hopefully have some bikini pics for you guys by the end of the week....

That sounds awesome, glad to hear everything is going well. Well the suit looks like it fits well, but I think in order for us to really judge your progress, we're gonna have to see them bikini pics :D. What are your goals with this cycle?
 
heehee well no worries boys as long as I am feeling better the plan is the beach shoot on wednesday!!! woo hooo!!! but just look in my face if you saw my older pics you can totally tell I have leaned down... SO EXCITING...

what girl that you have heard of has been able to lose 9 pounds of fat and gain 5 pounds of muscle in 6 weeks that is FREAKIN incredible if you ask me!!!!
 
That should make you feel pretty good about your results, some people really struggle to strip the fat off and replace it with quality muscle...keep on doin what your doin and keep us posted!!

What does your training routine look like?
 
the goal is to get to 12% by june 20 I got my bf checked on monday and I was at 19% you can see my progress pics in my gallary... I am hoping to be around 17% for the shoot (wishful thinking.... but have to be positive!) so wish me LUCK!!!

woo hoo thank you SO MUCH!! Life is beautiful!!! Playboy here I come.... For all you haters out there... End of May I WILL BE ready to shoot!!! I am a little worried that I might be to muscular BUT I think that if I go really low carbs for the week before the shoot my muscles will be flat enough that they wont be as noticeable.... Do you think I am right about that?

Not tooooo low though. Watch the sodium if you're not already.
 




I originally put it up for non plats but the pics were HUGE so I downsized them.... thank you for you wonderful comments... I have a really bad cold right now so they are VERY MUCH appreciated.... You guys just made my DAY!!!

I have a long road ahead of me to 12% but I WILL DO IT!!!
 
Congrats on the progress, that's an awesome feeling! Let us know how everything end up, keep grinding! BTW, I wouldn't go zero carb because it will definitely make you more muscular. Even if you go flat, which you will, you will be harder.
 
hmmm okay so what are your suggestions... hear is the deal... Last time I went in for playboy I came in for my test shoots under 10% and they hated it!!! Told me that I was WAY to muscular and that I need to lose some of the muscle... So I gained some fat got curvier but that is not a good look for me..

I have decided that I am going to try to use my connections to get my foot in the door for the fitness world... I have a better body for that I am naturally muscular and I really enjoy lifting weights etc...

so... I right now I have set a goal for myself to be at 12% by june 20...

but my playboy photographer is already worried that I am too muscular right now...

Personally I really don't care, I have already done playboy so that is not the goal.. But I don't want to let down my photographer friend so I am going to try to make a reasonable attempt at looking alright for them... so that being said..

When I carb-up my muscles fill out, and really pop... if you know what I mean.. but if I am low-carbing for a few days my abs etc.. all look flatter and I think the camera wont pick up the definition as much...

Any suggestions are GREATLY appreciated because I have never tried this before... just going on theory from watching my body change during the low carb days verses the high carb days...

Yes Court that is incredible progress, no one can take that away from you, good job !!

thank you so much... but I really can't take the credit here... I HAD ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA what I was doing..... I have gotten a lot of guidance on this board...

I guess it really just comes down to what your priority is. If you want to get into the world of fitness modeling then you need to be leaner and more muscular. That look and the playboy look are worlds apart. I don't really know how you could tread in the middle of those two and be really successful at either. I would go one way or the other, the looks are just too different. I'm sure either way you go you will succeed! Good luck cutie!

see that is the problem... I have decided I am in 100% to the fitness... If I hadn't gotten sick this weekend I was going to meet up with my muscle mag connection and do some test shoots with him on friday to see how much farther I need to progress before I can even think about it... But I told my other friend that we would do this... So... grr...

I was thinking I might be able to try to do it with diet... does anyone have any experience with this?

All you could really try to do is spill like a bodybuilder does the day after a show or the night of a show. I sent you a pm about it. Basically, eat clean and restrict water then eat a lot of sodium as well as just food in general, also drink a lot of liquids.
