well 2 weeks done and all is going well Im 8# up and bf is going down im 255# at 9%
5'11" 255# 33" waist 19" bis 27" quads
my cycle is
50mgs Dbol ed weeks 1-4
500mgs Omnadren 1-8
T3 25mcg ed 5 on 2 off 1-12
GH 6ius ed 5 on 2 off 1-12
slin 20 ius ed 5 on 2 off 1-12
vit B12 2cc every week 1-16
Deca 400mgs weeks 5-12
clomid 50 mg ed weeks 12-16
and I may throw in some ECA and Clen after this is over going to see the Olympia and then have a show in CT in Nov its been 2 yrs from my last show in Ma where I took 2nd at 225# 3% bf
so lets see what happens

It's funny how the people that know me and see me every day still say you look like you getting ready for a show soon and when I take my shirt off they are amazed that Im that lean you see they see me in my suit everyday so well enough about me
