Update on CKD for the bros..........

Well its been about 3 1/2 weeks on my CKD escapade.......

The only supps i am taking is an ECA stack(homegrown.)

I was 285 when i started i am now 268.

My fuckin arms and traps look fuckin tremendous....My partner swears im takin somethin behind his back, he was checkin me for pinholes tonight. I have not lost any size and feel strong as shit.

All i am eating is steak,eggs,tuna,mayo, chicken,hamburgers,0 carb no sugar boars head hot dogs, pork, bacon.....

I stopped drinking crystal light and am sticking with the water and its paying off. Its crazy the fat is fuckin melting off me.

I also picked up a Gluco meter to check my blood sugar after carb up while taking ALA.

I am getting more ripped than when i was on winny/eq(because i ate like shit)

One thing, you must carb up. I tried stretching it again and had a grahm cracker attack at 2am..LOL...All good , i needed the carbs..

Good job rookie that's fucking awsome i am on my third week also I went from190 to 181 but I am a small kid in height terms...Yeah I have been trying to kick the crystal light habbit too but water gets boring...How much do you fluctuate during your carb up day I almost get back to 190 and it takes me about two days to get back down is that normal.oh yeah r-ala or ala? which you taking???????????

No, I wasn't going to jump right into it. I figured I'd wait for at least a month afterwards, maybe a couple weeks past the end of the clomid therapy.
 
After i carb up i wont get on the scale for 3 days because you know its gonna be up but will go back down......I honestly have weighed myself twice since i started....The scale is addicting and EVIL!!!!!

I use plain old ALA Vitamin Shoppe brand, it works great for me as far as getting into ketosis fast......I have tried many brands and i like that one and, NOW brand.

Plus the eca has me sweating constantly.....I will have a glass of crystal light once in a while, like 8 oz but H2o is the best....Aspartame screws up my ketosis. I do use splenda in my coffee.....No milk black with ice and a drop of heavy cream....Delicious
 
I have my 40 zambons and 2 bottles of TT EQ ready to roll.

How long should i wait after the diests over.....I see no need to stop this diet until i cant take it anymore and thats not close b/c the results are too good.
 
Rookie..so you use regular ala I heard shit about getting ala gut and shit that's my more guys use r-ala what do you think...How do you take your ala everyday and on carb up....By the way this is what i usually eat on my carb day good or bad....
breakfast...One box of cereal w/ f.f. milk..usually whole wheat cereal or something good..
meal two...two whole wheat bagles f.f. cream cheese
meal three...some snack wells or something that I have been craving that week.
dinner..usually another box of cereal.
late night snack...some f.f. s.f. frozen yogurt

I love cereal so I eat about two boxes on my carb up day..good or bad????
 
Stay away from the cereal, your best bet honestly on carb up is to go to burger king or any other fast food. It will fill you up and youll get fat also with the carbs, thats important that you dont deprive yourself of fat on carb up...

Example for 200lb person on carb up

10%fat
20%protein
70%carbs

34 G fat
154 G Protein
551 G Carbs

ALA gut whats that? I take up to 4 Grams sometimes on carb up and i have 0 problems.......I have been taking ala for a while now....

On carb up for best results i take 1 Gram 3 times b4 big meals, youll get back into ketosis faster......

I am not switching to R-Ala because then there will be a study that R-Ala is no good and regular Ala is, its all marketing and your own experience....
 
Yeah I hear what you are saying I am really not a big fast food eater believe it or not so many people are though...Becasue I can eat burgers and chicken during the week not fried and no bread so I figure cereal is the easiest way for em to get my carbs.....Good to hear your doing awsome on this diet....Yeah I hear what your saying about the r-ala and the Ala, there have been posts to ala gut and r-ala is better because you only have to take 1/3 the dossage.......But your prob right anyway......So when do you carb up I go Saturday then Sunday back to eating the same shit for a week again......
