Using UG EQ and Test. Started this in the end of june and we are approching the end of july right now.
Today I've been on(started) for 33days.
My cycle looks/looked like this
days 1-33: Test Enathate 800mg Every week(2 x 400mg injections)
days 1-33: Equipose 600mg Every Week(2 x 300mg injections, went forst for one 600mg ionjection but it seemed like the sides were worse, as rash and so on..)
Days 10-23: Dbol 35mg ED, too much pump in my lower back, gyno signs and bloat like nothing else. Looked at it as a noce kickstart...Well we learn from mistakes, lowered dose but pups didn't seem to go away so I stepped off and decided to run winny later on instead..
Started at 190lb, went up to 205 on the dbol and when I stepped off I went down to 198, right now It seems I have a better shape and lower fat with a bodyweight of 200lb.
diet is clean, I eat every 2½-3 hours. 50g protein - 60g protein per meal, and about 8-9 meal per day as I work for liong hous and sleep little right now(sadly..). Carbs everything between 60-100g per meal(100 for lunch and dinner, 80 breakfast and so on..)
Fat a lot of omega 3, EPA, GLA, CLA, flaxx, fishoil.
Just changed my diet and reduced proteinpowders, lowered protein from powders from 200g per day(in the car when I drive for meals in between) to a 100g or so, and the rest from fish. I eat about 400g protein per day right now but I do not beleeve in something called "Xgrams protein per day". It's all about timing the carbs as with the protein, eating 50-60g every 2½-3 hours and don't focus on the total amount..
From now On the cycle will look at this
800mg Test every week devided in 2 doses, 600mg EQ in 2 doses
I will add winny 50mg ED for 4-5 weeks starting in 3 weeks or so. I will be on winny for 1 week, then the other week I will start slin, glutamine and creatine post workout.
