Got a PM the other day before I left on Holidays to post some newer vids of myself as well as what I've been up to.
Moved from Murray, Kentucky to Limassol, Cyprus on July 26th of this year to be with my future wife Nefi. We live not far from the Sea and I'm trying hard to adjust to the life here
Lots of warm weather, sun, HEAT, pork, and ONLY fresh foods.
Training has been up and down which I attribute a lot of this to the change in environment, life, foods, etc... I've changed a bit in my training as I don't have a contest anytime in the near future and I have still dealt a bit with injury. I keep a training journal on another site (my sponsors site) and still keep my website as current as possible (www.clintdarden.com).
Nothing HUGE in my training in a while...but I will post some vids of some things I've done in the gym over the past few months. Please right click and "save target as"!!!

702 chained susp gm's with HORRIBLE form

320 one arm deadlift
Pinch gripping two THICK 35's

310 Atlas Stone to 63"
315.5 x 1 OHP with 2 3/8" bar
650 x 3 raw deadlift after box squats
560 power stairs
297 x 4 log press
301 3" bar OHP, after the log presses
That is the basic gist of what I've done in November, December, and so far this year. Slowly getting back into things and adjusting. My gym is a tiny room with no electricity or water...but it works fine for me.
