Thought I'd post my cycle starting monday, get some thoughts, etc..

Stats
36 y.o
129.5 kg (about 280lb)
~ 14% BF
1.96m tall (about 6'5")

# of cycles 9 ( # of cycles where I knew wtf I was doing 2)

Anyway, here it is -

1-4 Anadrol 50mg/day
1-18 Sustanon250 750mg/week (mon/wed/fri)
1-16 EQ 1000mg week
1-12 lgd 4033 10mg/day
5-18 gw 501516 20mg/day
9-20 S4 50mg/day
15-20 Anavar 80mg/day

1-20 formastanzol 5pumps 2/day
1-20 n2guard
5-16 HCGenerate ES 3caps 2x day
17-18 HCG 500iu week
19-20 HCG 1000iu week

Looks pretty complete to me. Very thorough. LGD and S4 are great for strength... You'll have a lot of power with drol added in there. If you need more sarms, sarms1 has a buy two get one free deal still going on I think

Not anything ridiculous, just stupid ignorance mistakes from listening to 'That Guy', like using way too much test (1200+mg/week) not using other anabolics properly (couple of weeks deca here, couple of winny there while cycling too much test, etcetc) and a couple of runs of GH where I just completely had no freaking clue what I was doing; 4weeks on/2weeks off, (i think it was around) 8-10IU/day.. Zero PCT with not enough time off between stacks... Stupid shit :/

Last two cycles were researched, planned and (support product-ed) and maintained quality gains off them, but were still pretty basic (test e/deca/EQ [gained 12kg, kept 10kg] and test e/EQ/drol kicker [gained 16kg, kept 12kg]), thought I'd switch it up and go for something a bit more exotic..
 
Big Cycle.. I like your style. Make sure to keep an eye on the BP with a gram of EQ.

I don't really see any reason to run the test 2 weeks longer than EQ. Just run them both 16 weeks.. or 18. Hey.. or even 20.

Yea, I'll be running N2Guard throughout, that + donating (blood) once or twice, should keep the BP under control (naturally very low BP though, at the end of my last cycle was 95/50)
Cycle was originally planned with test e250, swapped to sust250 coz I was offered a heap of pharma-grade stuff at crazy-low price, hence the extra 2weeks of test, ester 1/2 lives, blahblahblah

Yeah I hear ya we all did a lot of stupid shit before we became educated...."Pretty Basic" is a good thing in this world

Absolutely, I still get great gains off the less exotic compounds, no point spending the money or health on the heavy gear. Curious about tren, but not curious enough to try it on cycle just yet..

Smart move, tren is like a tattoo....if you're not 150% ready for it, don't do it
 
5 weeks in, just a quick update -
Current weight - 139.5kg
BF% - 12.0%
(up 9.5kg, BF down by ~3%, beginning of 5th week)

flat bench up 12.5kg (157.5kg 1RM)
broken the 300kg deadlift barrier *FINALLY!* (302.5kg 1RM)
free squat up 16.25kg now squatting 156.25kg 1RM

Eating like a goddamn horse, aside from the hunger pains I get constantly (even though I'm consuming ~4500cal/day) am absolutely LOVING this cycle....
 
End week 11 update -
Got up to 143.7kg at the end of 9th week, and was just too fucking difficult doing everyday things: breaking a sweat tying shoe laces, shin splints from walking more than a km, constant lower back pump.... Good times.

Back down to 138.9kg now, BF 10.5% (down 0.6kg and 1.5% BF since week 5), strength however just keeps on growing.
Flat Bench up 7.5kg (165kg 1RM)
Deadlift up 12.5kg (315kg 1RM)
Free Squat up 13.75kg (180kg 1RM)

Hunger pains have gotten more bearable, I've kept calories constant around 4500/day, still not any easier getting that much nutrient in and keeping it clean 6days/week.

9 weeks left of this cycle, aims - to maintain just shy of 140kg and get down to maybe 7.5-8% BF
- 180kg 1RM bench
- 340kg 1RM deadlift
- 200kg 1RM free squat

Achievable? Here's hoping :)
 
Looks solid to me I would love to run eq at a gram for 18 weeks but that gets expensive fast
*chuckle* it's not the cost of the gear that stings me (all up this stack (gear alone) has only set me back about 1500 bucks - not too bad considering I'm in Australia...)

What's REALLY killing me is the cost of the support products and all the extra frigging food haha

(and the EQ cost isn't really that bad when you're using 400mg/ml EQ :) )

Flat bench up 2.5kg (167.5kg 1RM)
Deadlift down 5kg but squeezing a second rep out (310kg x 2)
Free squat up 5kg (185kg 1RM)

Very very happy with how this course has progressed.

I don't think I'll get to the strength goals I set myself in week 11 - I'm cutting the course a few weeks short (last pin today) because of financial considerations (that and I just need a break from pinning haha)- but overall I'm stoked with the gains I've made.
