Stats: 6'1 205 lbs @ 12-13 percent
Looking to put on a TON of clean mass
Training:
3x a week split. Basically the beginner's 5x5 (intermediate 5x5 wont be able to keep up with my gains, not going to spend time on my cycle with only a 4 week phase where i increase weight, but lift/rep schemes will be similar)
3x a week lap swimming (will likely be about half endurance half HIIT lap sprinting) when weather does not permit will be doing HIIT sprints
gear:
week 1-14 500mg test E (250mg twice a week)
week 1-14 500mg EQ (250mg twice a week)
week 3-8 150 mg Tren Ace EOD
I have nolva, liquidex, letro, HCG on hand. Going to also order some HCGenerate, haven't figured out my exact PCT
Diet: 3000-3500 cals 300+ g protein from the cleanest whole foods i can eat
What do you all think?
