OK, I dont know why the last one posted too soon, but here we go again...
Height: 5'9
Weight: 190
BF%: 13 (just had it checked)
Age: 19 (whoa there guys, read on for my "justification"

Training History: 4 years
Cycle History: 50mg Winstrol IM EOD for 6 weeks last Sept. (if you want to call that a cycle

Here's my plan for my first "real" cycle: Sustanon 500mg/wk for 8 weeks; Nolva/HCG for PCT. I anticipate that many of your eyebrows will raise at the sight of my age. Well, from all of the research I have done I feel that running a cycle of test will be ok for me. While I understand many 19 year olds would not be ready for gear just yet, my growth plates have closed and I feel that I am mature enough physically and mentally to do this cycle. I have trained hard in the past and have reeped the benefits; my diet and training is on point.
With that said, my main question has to do with the timing of my cycle. My ulitimate goal is to have my BF below 10% by May (after my added cycle mass, of course) I am unsure of how to play the game of losing bodyfat post-cycle without losing the mass, and how low i should get my bodyfat before my cycle if i want to get below 10% by May. I was thinking about running Clenbuterol post-cycle, but i need to research and understand the drug more before i use. Any thoughts you guys have to offer will be greatly appreciated.
