I've been on 50mg oral winny for 3 weeks now, I have good straight increase, and everything else seems to be good, but I'm looking to get alittle more Fat loss. If I bump it up to 75mg for my next 3 weeks would it help or would it just be going to waste? My diet is solid, I run about 5 miles every morning, I'm sitting at 192lb and 11-12% body fat.
Any input would be great,

If you're looking for more fat loss, increase caloric deficit, don't use more winny. Lower calories from carbs, do more cardio, add clen/eca, add T3, etc. If your diet is good and you're running 5 miles each morning, I think cardio and diet is under control. Try adding clen/eca, or T3 if you know how to use it. However, 50mg/day of winny might not be enough to prevent catabolism if you go too high on T3. What are your calories like now? Do you do the running on an empty stomach, first thing in the morning?

I'm running about an hour after waking up, I have a small meal bar right after waking up, I've tried running with out any food, very hard for me. I just started taking Thermorexin, 4 caps a day. I'm thinking of bumping up my Cardio even just a short run after work at night,
I don't know my Cal in take, but it's low I work 4-12 every day, and my last meal is at like 10ish.

Zone bar morning,
Oatmeal and shake after run.
3 egg whites, banana, Yogurt prework out.
15g protein bar while working out.
30g shake after working out
Chicken breast or steak with salad for dinner.
3 more egg whites later in the night and maybe another yogurt.

Well thermorexin will help. Try cutting out the yogurt at night especially, it's got lots of sugar. Your protein looks pretty low too. Also, zone bars have a lot of sugar too, if you HAVE to have some food before you run, have just protein, like a shake, or some egg whites, etc. I'd nix all the protein bars and replace with whole food proteins and shakes if possible. Up protein intake, lower sugars, that's all you need I think.

It looks like you eating about 1300-1400 calories. Your body is in a caloric deficit. 5 miles is a lot of running. You should increase your calories to 1800-2000. Decease the simple carbs and increase your complex carbs but no carbs late at night.
