Up 4lbs in 4 wks on TT EQ !!

With 2 cycles under your belt, id highly reccomend getting more ASAP and at least extneding it to 10 weeks. Poeple scof at me for running 500mg for 10 weeks alone....

300mg for 7 weeks is low, even for my standerds...

Great post!!! I have similar stats as you: 6' 200lbs. I'm about to start a 8wk 300mg EQ cycle. I posted a cycle help question and all I got was "add test" and "bro, you're wasting unless you do 600mg for 10-12wks." As I stated in my post, I also did a sus cycle early last year. I gained 20lbs, looked like a monster for two months, then the bloat began. Forget that crap! I want vascularity! I want 2-5lbs of REAL muscle.

If you want 2-5lbs for REAL muscle then you shold not be touching juice with a 10foot poll.

And 300mg a weeks is nothing, do at least 4 and do it for at least 10 weeks, think about it, it takes 4 weeks to hit you. If everyone on here is telling you not to do it, its not worth it, then it probably isn't.

*BTW i love EQ, its my favorite, good luck.

Thats the point I'm trying to make. Not everyone is telling me "it's not worth it" In fact gtrcivic's post is telling me it is! As far as gaining the 2-5 REAL, well I seem to be at a sticking point in my training. I've got down to 10%bf and have stayed there for the past three months. I've changed diet, training, and up'd cardio, but the bf won't drop no mo'. We all know muscle burns fat, so... 2-5 more muscle, and I get into single digit bf%. With the amout of EQ I have on hand, I either go 300mg 8wks or 400mg 6wks. I have done a search, and some say 300-400mg while others say 600mg. I'm just saying it's a little confusing getting the info you need sometimes.
 
I agree bro, and good luck with whatever you choose, but don't be surprised if its a bit dissappointed towards the end.
