Up 4lbs in 4 wks on TT EQ !!

Is that about right?? First time on EQ and only have done 2 previous cycles of Sustanon. Taking in 3100 cal/day and 230 g Protein daily. Hunger pains started kicking in wk 3 and some headaches back of the head. No experience of anxiety.

Stats 6'0 183 lbs to 187 lbs now. 30 yrs old. Veins are more noticeable down from the armpit to the hands. Couple guys in the gym commented that i've put on lean muscle.
 
what's your goal for this cycle? If you're trying to gain...it sounds like your not eating enough calories.
 
Keep bumping up your calories until you start gaining weight at the rate you want. You're obviously not eating enough, and I'd bet money you're probably restricting carbs for some crazy reason...
 
Thanks for the responses. I'm trying to put on 6-8 lbs of solid lean muscle that will stay on and not lose once i am done. Unlike sus where i put on 17 lbs and kept half of it, rest was water weight. I'll go and up the carbs more and cal overall.

Hopefully the slow gains i see are actual muscle and not water weight. Once done, plan to keep the food intake at the same level for the rest of the summer. Prob hit some sus towards the fall again.

Unfortunately, it don't work that way bro, you can't gain muscle and just muscle, if it could be that neat and clean, we'de all be ripped out and huge, go for one or the other but not both at the same time. Good luck too :)
 
Thanks for the support. I've been charting everything i eat since day one in a excel spreadsheet by food item,calories, gr of protein. Weighing myself every Monday before working out. Yeah, for some reason gear kicks in quicker for me. When i did sus the two times, i did it only for 6 and 7 wks and gained 17 lbs both times,but losing half of which was water. If i had more for 10-12 wks, i probably would have gained alot more..For this EQ,i have only a 10 cc bottle that will be for 7 wks.Using 300 mg/wk Lets see the gains i get from this

Wk 1 Starting weight was 183 lbs
Wk 2 185
Wk 3 185
Wk 4 187

I just started my cycle yesterday.. most people tell me that It actually starts kicking in harder after like 5 weeks.. so your almost there how much are you taking...
 
I never feel Eq "kick" in rather I start to see real changes in the miror. Ive seen hardening and vascularity start to come out by the 3rd week, but it will vary depending how lean you are before. If eq were to put on water weight then I guess the kick would come as soon as with test but it doesnt and it isnt(respectively). What you get is what you see in the miror. IMO you really need to do eq long enough to see what it can do for you.
