Unwanted fat on cycle

I am eating clean foods little and often and hammering the iron week 6 of sus 250 500 mg per week but still gaining more fat than muscle
 
Write me out your diet so we can pic it for you... Gotta be something wrong..... Doing cardio? You could get away cutting on half of your total Test per week BTW to maintain your gains....
 
Typical day 7am bowl of oats 10am mass gainer shake 12-1 rice chicken potatoes 2-3pm whey protein shake snack on nuts 5-6pm steak/chicken brown rice veggys 8-9 3 boiled egg whites and a shake before bed

Tring to lay off the cardio as am very active bro and my main aim is to bulk. but to answer your post 2 cardio days on rest days might try fasted cadio in the morning
 
if you are bulking you are gonna put on some fat too .. sustanon will give you a greater appetite.

the solution is go into cycle already with low body fat so you can make the most of it!

what are your full stats?

Yes steve some body fat I was expecting but it just seems to be more than muscle at the mo especially when I'm in the full sus swing sats are 28 511 90kg bf around 10-12% lifting for 7 years
 
You didn't mention any AI. You're picking up some water weight and bloat, sure of that. Also, if your muscles are growing out, then the fat is getting pushed out as well. Proper diet will prevent new fat and cardio will aid in getting rid of old fat.

As Steve said, steroids aren't magic. Going into cycle with low bodyfat is better.

too many shakes. don't depend on shakes as meal replacements. swap in more fruits and veggies instead of shakes. that will help tone down the carb intake. you could also try running a catabolic type diet for a couple days to slow things down. basically live like a vegan for a few days and flatten things out then go back to bulking.

with your stats and avi pic you are being way too hard on yourself. leave yourself some room to put on SOME fat if you really want to put on mass and gain strength. you can cut back down later on. if you start getting close to 15% then you need to take a step back and up the cardio for a bit to control things :) but you are being way too hard on yourself IMO

^^^ so you are trying to bulk and are bulking.. what am i missing here?

steroids aren't magic, you aren't gonna magically put on mass without putting on some fat too. it doesn't work like that

I understand that and know that no great thing happends overnight it takes blood sweat and tears it's a lifestyle for me and I fucking love it I wanna bulk granted however gaining alot of fat on a good routine an diet is odd just tapping in to the vast knowledge of my EF bros

You're getting knowledge and may not be gaining fat.
 
On the shakes would you say a shake after gym an before bed and thanks bro input is highly valued I know your a EF legend

if the shakes are bloating you up which it seems like you are complaining about then get rid of them for now and see if that helps.. it probably will. i know i get bloat the hell up from shakes myself, thats why the only one i use is N2bulk which won't bloat you like a pig.

that and adding an AI will likely solve your problem. its a good idea to control estrogen during cycle anyway, this way when you come off its easier to recover
 
To relate to you a little bit as many of the guys on here can i'm sure. I'm on almost half way through my 2nd cycle right now... Beastdrol kick start 1-4, Test C 250 2x per week, 1-12... I'm in week 5 and I notice the same thing you are talking about... Forma has helped contain some of the bloat, water weight but I believe i'm going to start adex here shortly. I've put on close to 8lbs in the last 2 weeks and notice not necessarily fat, but water retention in areas like the stomach, biceps, chest and mostly the face... IF your goal is to bulk like you are obviously doing... then that can be expected... You will prob lose it or it will subsided after cycle or PCT. and what most people love about bulking is that you gain all the mostly clean weight and can cut it after your bulk phase is over.. but you have so much more to work with... I'm about 11-12% bf like you and I can cut or lose weight like nobody's business bc of an extremely fast metabolism so I don't mind the couple of months where I puff up a little bit... From what you posted that is a solid diet in my opinion aside from a shake or 2 to many. try to drink em with water or drink the carb control one's.... and drink water till you can't drink water anymore.

Letro is way overkill. You need some estrogen and don't want to totally dry out. I love Forma but use it for PCT. During cycle, aromasin is my choice. It works fast and is easy to figure out your dosing sweet spot.

RADARs post on diet is one of my favorites on the entire forum.

Ancillaries such as AIs and proper PCT are part of the expense of doing steroids. If you can't afford them, then you can't afford to do steroids.

If you truely are eating rite try ajusting carbs if that dont work adjust fats. Some ppl will work better off high fats or high carbs.

Likewise what ur responding to could very well be water are you taking an ai?
 
people do seem to overkill on shakes all day. i drink two shakes a day max, one an hour before i work out and then on right after, seems to work great for me, i dont like shakes before bed, i like cottage cheese or greek yogurt before bed

No ai got all ansills on hand but due to money I ran a cycle that I felt wud not need an ai as they are v expensive

what protein is that? who the fuck buys a protein with 20 grams of sugar? that is the reason its so cheap lol!! no one WANTS IT! do yourself a favour and get rid of that crap, and pick up one with 1-2g of sugar at most please. what brand is it?

Post #21 and #40 tells you all of it in my opinion.....I hate protein shakes because they bloat you up like crazy!!! N2bulk has yet to make me feel bloated and it mixes great and taste great as well!!!! Again see post 21 and 40..... *Forma and N2Bulk* should do the trick.....
 
What is your TDEE?

What is your daily caloric intake? What do your macros (fat, carbs, protein) look like?

Just need averages on each over the week.

Your only natural protein here is 3 whole eggs and one serving of chicken, one serving of steak... Nuts, bro, first off your not eating enough.. Your eating carbs by themselves, and relying on weight gainer shakes.... Sounds to me like alot of sodium bloat that you think is fat... You should NEVER eat carb by itself.... Sounds like a recipe for a insulin spike and with no protein to stimulate carb metabolites, majority of the carbs you eat alone are going to be broke down into glucose and stored as body fat... Terrible diet bro.... Add up the protein/fats/and carbs of the diet and your gonna be lucky to break 3k in calories with half being empty... not good bro..

Thanks for input but that's a typ day not every day I make sure I'm getting at least 2g per kg per day of protein and shakes just to curb hunger I eat tuna snacks jerky the past weeks I was eating like a horse just put too much fat on too quickley so your saying don't eat carbs by themselfs
