Unsymmetrical?

A serious question for a moment. I noticed that the left side of my upper body is lagging for someone reason compared to the right side? Like my peck on my right hangs a little bit lower and is bigger and my arm and shoulder are more defined , stronger, and can contract alot better. and i feel like my right side is bigger. its fucking wierd. I have pretty good form i dont know if my back is out of wack or what. but do any of you guys have this problem or know something to do?
 
you will probably always have a side that is dominant over the other, at least in certain bodyparts. my right tri is decent while my left tri almost non-existant. same with my traps....they are really huge, but one side is a little bigger than the other. i don't see much you can do about it. other than put more emphasis on the lagging bodypart with dumbell's to isolate it. doubt that would work well though.
 
Why wouldnt Dumbells work to isolate it?Maybe just at the end of your workout Just do a few sets for that side only or something?

well i said it may work........just wasn't suggesting that it certainly would. i have heard negative results with that protocol. but i am sure there are success stories.
