Sorry but I have to rant.

I haven't seen my daughter since July 12 and now my Ex cancells my visit for today and tomorrow because she didn't like what was said in court and out of court yesterday.

It is the lowest thing someone can do to keep their child away from the other parent.

I have my next court date in two weeks and I hope the judge crucifies her for breaking the Order which states I get a minumum of two visits/week.

I don't have the words right now to express how fucking pissed off I am!

All I want is to see my little girl and have her smile at me!!

I have no respect for bitter women! My little girl deserves better then her.

You can't have your attorney contact the judge to order her to let you see your daughter? Or maybe someway you can be escorted by the authorities to her house so that you can visit? There must be a way you don't have to wait 2 weeks to see the judge

make sure you document it with the police/authorities. Not sure how it works in Canada, but her word against yours doesnt work very well in the States.

That sucks. I'm married with two beautiful kids, and I've always told my husband, no matter what he does, he'll always be enititled to see his babies as much as I am. They're better off with the love of both parents, even if they don't love eachother. Hell, I told him he could move in next door for all I care. I think going in with authorities is not a good idea though, only because it may cause a scene and be scary for the baby. You don't want her to see that. I would just fight my hardest in court. Make sure you keep good records. Dates, times, what was said...etc... The better you're prepared, the better off you'll be in the end. Just keep the high road and keep your nose clean, and love that baby with all you have. Good luck, I'll be praying for you...

I loved her before she was born and would talk to her in the womb. From her first kick my life has never been the same.

I love children and they have a huge fondness for me.

Probably due to how I act around them but I have this unique bond with kids that goes against how I look or act when riding the Harley or out with the boys.(picture me playing Barbies with my best friends girls)

When I was young and a hell raiser I worked with mentally challange kids, when in my 20's I was a Big Brother.

Well in court I refused to allow her to change my daughters last name and made it known I plan to go for joint custody.

I won't repeat what was said outside of court in case she ever finds this place but lets just say when attacked verbally like I was, I will shread you and cut to the core.

Dawg, sorry to hear you're going through this right now. I have friends who have told me horror stories about what they went through with exes to see their kids. Hopefully you get a good forward-thinking judge that gives you the rights a good father deserves.

Did a court already give you the right to see your daughter/visits ? If yes then not complying with a court order as some serious consequences. You could get an injunction. If she still refuse to obey, then it would be contempt of court and that's usually a fine and/or jail time. In the province of Quebec, you can get such injunction in 24 hours when a child is involved.... good luck.
