UNLEASHED as a stand alone supp..please answer!

Hey guys,

Im a total newbie to this board so bare with me. I was considering taking Unleashed while cutting up for the summer. Any idea if this would help since it would raise free test? Im currently lifting about 4 days a week, 2 on 1 off, and eating around 2200-2400 calories a day. Currently at 18% BF. I just want something that will help me preserve muscle while losing as much fat a possible. I have been losing about 2 lbs a week steadily, but want to increase the fat loss rate to about 3-4 lbs a week without muscle loss, if possible without AAS. Please help!
 
I don't think anyone can lose 3-4 lbs of fat per week that is in semi-decent shape.



Unleashed will help if you do not want to use hormones. Also, supplementing with BCAA's will make a difference.
 
to be as plain and simple as possible unleashed alone won't help preserve muscle but like dabuffguy said it will help if you don't want to use AAS or pro-hormones. Have you considered using a fat burner like Ephedra or Lipoflame, etc..?
 
Yes, it will help but nothing is guaranteed to do exactly what you want. Not even drugs.

The problem with fat burners is that the body relies on the stimulation and in turn, slows down. As soon as you stop taking the fat burner, you gain the weight back, plus more.

Try UNLEASHED with ZIP. If you use a stim, use it just for a workout boost. Lipoflame is a good one.

Eat clean. Train hard. You'll make progress every day.

Thanks for replying. I appreciate the feedback. Yea My diet is very exact and cardio/training is on point as well. I have been cutting since march 1. Went from 212 to 194 in 2 months. I know this is good progress. I guess I just want the fat to come off faster like everyone else and just looking to add whatever I can. I'm planning on doing some AAS in a few months once I get to sub 10% BF naturally and maintain that for a few months. I'm also waiting because I want to research as much as possible before I do anything of the sort. I was wondering though, would an natural estrogen blocker be of any assistance while on this cut? I know UNLEASHED blocks SHGB, therefore increasing free test, but what about a natty estro reducer like say nolvadex? Thanks again.

You don't want to reduce estrogen if you don't have any problems. You want natural levels.

Nolvadex wouldn't be the right thing to use anyways.
 
alright. thanks buff. Im just gonna stick with what Im doing bc its definitely yielding results I guess I just have to be patient and wait it out. One question for ya though, any books you'd recommend on reading to educate myself on AAS as much as possible. Trying to learn EVERYTHING I can so I can aim for a oct/nov cycle with and be aware of any/all risks and prepare accordingly with supplements. For instance, what to take for liver health, balding, acne, gyno, preventing "the boys" from shrinking. I know there is a breadth of information on the EF forums, but I'd rather read a book from reliable source. I already have chemical wizadry, anything else you'd add? Thanks again

I'm not the guy to answer that one for you because I don't really know. Post up a thread in AAS and ask there.


Side note: Do you supplement with BCAA's?
 
Buffguy, how many g free form BCAAs do you take each time you take them?

Either 5 grams or 10grams.

I do 5 grams A.M. and on off days for a 20 gram total.

On days, 5 grams AM, 10 grams pre-workout (like 10 minutes pre-workout) and 10 grams post workout.

It may be a little excessive, but I don't care. Ever since I started supplemented with 20 grams + a day, I noticed a change in my physique, so I am sticking with it. I seem to be just a little bit stronger as well as staying a hair leaner.
