So I've been lifting for several years and in the past 6 months I've been trying to get the 6-pack. I've been doing weighted situps and crunches as well as other ab exercises a few times a week and also cutting. I've lost 30 lbs of fat and now I can finally see my abs, but I notice the top most bar of abs is extermely unproportioned. I'd say that the top right bar is about 4x the size of my left bar. Also the left side of my abs is roughly a half inch higher then my right side. I went to the doctors several years ago and my left leg (i believe) is a little longer then my right, which I assume resulted in my situtation.
Does anyone have any suggested that I could even the top bar of my abs or should I just suck it up and deal with it?
