Undershirts??? Random Question

Random question - When you guys dress for work say polos in summer and dress shirts in the winter - Do you tuck your undershirt into your underwear or just between your shirt and boxers? I feel that because I do not tuck it in it constantly moves and shifts and rolls up.

Another question - notice etc. What is the deal with wife beaters? I understand that undershirts are use to keep everything in check, and protect shirts from body, stains, sweat (espec if you sweat 24/7 like myself) So saying this what is the point of the tank topish undershirt? It doesnt cover under arms etc.

Usually my undershirts aren't too long, so I tuck them in my undies.

If I need to wear a tie, I use an undershirt and tuck it under my pants but above my boxer briefs.

If it's open collared, I don't wear an undershirt. Wife beaters don't protect against sweat.

Too long justs accentuates the waist. Its about getting the fit perfect otherwise you will just look fat. I always buy under tops a size too small. The bottom lining should always lay just below the belly button.

true, "wife beaters" as undershirts do not stop pit stains......but it does help to absorb sweat on the rest of the torso. pit stains are a way of life here in what's left of hot and humid new orleans....but pec center and belly button bleed thru is just plain ol' gross. wearing a wife beater slows this down.
