Underdosed winstrol. What to do now? Also anavar HELP

So I decided to start my first cycle with winny only ( I know it's looked Down upon but it's what I wanted after months of research). I got it from someone at the gym who I thought was a reputable source. I was given 40 winstrol pills that were supposed to be 50mg. 39 days later (today) I show no results, no sides and after weighing out the pill and only reading .1 grams I've concluded that I was screwed over and given 10mg pills instead of 50. DAMN

I also took hcg generate on cycle, forged liver support, fish oil, multi vitamin, and forged joint support. daily lifting with 1 day rest and every other day cardio session

So now my getting cut for summer cycle didn't happen due to the underdosed winstrol..

Now I have obtained anavar from a legit source. 200 10mg anavar

Would it be ok for me to jump right back on an oral cycle after 2 weeks of pct consisting of nolvadex?

If so, how should I divide the dosage? 200 10mg pills I was thinking either

40mg a day for 50 days or 50mg daily for 40 days?

age: 22 almost 23
length: 6'1
weight: 200
bf: 10-11%
bench: 225 10 reps 3 sets
military: 155 10 x 3
unable to squat and deadlift because of herniated disc in lower back

Typically I would wait to recover from a cycle but
in this situation its possible just to go on the ANAVAR
and then PCT later.
