whats up guys:

I'm undecided between 2 options on my first cycle:

option #1: deca @300mg/week 1-8
test @400mg/week 1-10
clomid starting week 12


option #2 same as option #1 and add 15mg of d-bol from
week 1-4

any feedback would be great. :)
 
yeah thats what i was think, it's just that it is my first cycle and some people may think this too much for a first cycle...
 
I personally would go with number one. I do not believe you need d-bol for a first cycle. Start slow and see how your body reacts to AS. Save d-bol for later cycles...
 
do the damn dbol....15mg for 4 weeks.....fuck....do it.....use liver protectants and you'll be fine...that dose is nothing to worry about...and that is a perfect beginner cycle.....
 
most of the people i know do it at 30mg (6 pills). I would be doing half of that -15mg or 3 pills, but i also had the idea of lowering the test to 200 or 250mg a week.. what do you guys think about that??
 
ALA at 500-800mg per day before meals or else it'll burn
milk thistle if you want but ala does the same thing
cranberry extract for the kidneys...one per day should be fine
drink 1.5-2 gallons of water per day
cycle is solid....good luck with it

Keep the Test and Deca where they are... If you decide to use the d-bol the dosage you are proposing is low enough you will not have substantial sides.
Its up to you... For a first cycle, I perfer not to recommend the 17aa AS until they have some experience. I don't beleive the addition of 15mg's of d-bol during the beginning of the cycle is going to effect the overall gains you experience. The reality is though, your gains will be great either way. Given this is a first cycle you will grow!!!!!! Good luck bro!!!

I agree, I suggest that to all newbies. #1 will produce tremendous results. Trust me. BamBam
 
What's up bro! stick with option #1, and in about 6weeks I'll be spotting you with the 315 like you spotted me today. If I can get strong as an ox with Deca only,and a little GH, I could only imagine what would happen to you with The test and Deca, especially on a first cycle. Save the D-bol for later cycles.
 
Thanks symmetrical, yeah u are right, you got really strong with deca and gh, i couldn't even believe the way you put up those 315 on bench. i guess it's just a matter of patience...
