I personally would go with number one. I do not believe you need d-bol for a first cycle. Start slow and see how your body reacts to AS. Save d-bol for later cycles...
do the damn dbol....15mg for 4 weeks.....fuck....do it.....use liver protectants and you'll be fine...that dose is nothing to worry about...and that is a perfect beginner cycle.....
most of the people i know do it at 30mg (6 pills). I would be doing half of that -15mg or 3 pills, but i also had the idea of lowering the test to 200 or 250mg a week.. what do you guys think about that??
ALA at 500-800mg per day before meals or else it'll burn
milk thistle if you want but ala does the same thing
cranberry extract for the kidneys...one per day should be fine
drink 1.5-2 gallons of water per day
