Uncomfortable feeling

I been have this weird feeling in my arm - its right in the middle between my bicep and tricep. I was doing bench tonight and everytime I pushed I got this uncomfortable feeling, so I decided to stop. Then I went and did biceps and it didnt hurt. It only hurts when I push. The feeling is on the inside of my arm basically right in the middle on the bicep and tricep. Any idea what it could be? What helps with the pain?

Thanks for the help.

Left arm if it aches off ond on, mmmmmaybe heart. Probably not.
Most likely a pulled muscle, give it 10 days. Then maybe go see a Dr.

Can't say exactly what it is, but its a sure sign that you're about to injure something. Whatever makes it hurt, DON'T DO IT for a few weeks, i.e. bench. And when you do decide to give it a go again, go VERY light and test it for a few sets. Rest, rest, and go light.

Basically where the bi and tri tie into the humerus, you can get something i would liken to a shin splint. Alot of ice, something for inflamation ie... ibuprofen

Realy? I did the same thing last week. it has a twingey feeling. I can actually poke it between the bi and tri. I couldn't bench worth crap, it hurt too much. my back work outs were fine.

Having dealt with many arm injuries in the past as a baseball player, i suspect that i had minorly twinged a ligament and i let it rest over the weekend. i bumped up the weights 5 lbs each dbell for presses, and i had to go slow because i could feel it wanting to give, but it didn't.

i think it is a ligament because it is where all the muscles connect to the elbow joint on the outside of the arm. ligaments connect muscles to bone. you probably just straind a little. let it rest for a few days. in fact, stil workout, but go light enough that it doesn't hurt. mind you, it might be half of what you normally do. if you workout without pain, it actually helps the recovery process.

did you ever bump it or get hit there or anything i know you probably would have mentioned though but maybe theres a bruise there somewhere? thats the only thing i can think other than that i pretty much agree with everyone else here...
