danielson Elite Mentor Platinum Feb 16, 2003 #2 umm.....yes iuse ultimate nutrition, since i strted weights actually if the tats on the label are accurate its 90% protein, and ionically filtered.....tastes good, had a bit if trouble diesting it initially but have found it fine for the last 2 yrs
