Ultimate Hypertrophy Training?

I don't know anything about it (sorry) but Gavin is fairly sharp - he's posted at Mesomorphosis, Fortified Iron, and Midwest Barbell. You might visit Fortified Iron and ask around there (or PM Fortified Iron and see if anyone is using it and keeping a log as I know FI has spoken with him at length regarding the book). Hope that helps in some way.

The first time I read his ebook, I thought that Gavin was you :)

Glad to see you post on this thread. ....

The UTH program and advise is very similar to what you post about in the 5x5 threads I have been reading/doing for the better part of the year . . .

The only bad part about your advise on the 5x5 is that my GF hates it! She said I have been looking "too big". :p

I am a 35 year old 'Recreational' lifter and enjoy your no BS advise, thanks!

Thanks again, the stuff I put out is fairly basic and simple. Normally there'd be no interest or market for basic blocking and tackling info except for some reason BBing has become all voodoo. Training really hasn't changed much over the years but somewhere along the lines BBing just insulated itself and got ultra screwed up with all the bullshit and didn't pay the price as it had unlimited drugs and no performance criteria (of course it's all the natural lifters and kids trying to put on a few pounds that are wondering why it's so damn hard when they are doing everything Flex Mag tells them to). It's basically a matter of tearing down and rebuilding
