the think behind so much Calories, is that you have to understand why you shouldn't eat carbs and fat .... once you know the meals combinations, it does make sense....

4000 isn't that much
when i was 150 i was eating 4000
raise your caloric intake by about 200 each week
i had gained 6kg in the first mnonth, obviously not all lean mass :)
