I wanna throw up. Heaviest back,lat, shoulder, delt day I've ever had.
I'm gonna go through 4 mouth pieces this year.
By the time I got to deads, my wrists were toast.
I've seen more hot women in my gym in a week then I've seen in 10 years of my life... I'd rather go to an all guy gym... The hot women are just a distraction.
I know the rubber mat is holy ground and all. Actually, I'd like to go to an all Ulcaster gym. That would be hot. That place would stink...
