UK Imposter / Scammer

I am a Mod on a UK board called Muscle Talk. I have had permission from a Mod on this board(maxellyz), (and all have been e-mailed making them aware) to paste a copy of a post from MT with reference to an imposter and possible UK scammer.

Here is the post from MT (www.muscletalk.co.uk)

As you all know we had an MT member (Martingunn) who asked for help and then tried to scam other members by posing as a legitimate source. He used an e-mail address very similar (except it had numbers and hotmail account where the real source uses a different provider). He even used the real sources price list and offered to take cheques as payment!!!
I have had communication with the imposter who does say he is sorry and has requested he e-mails you all stating that. If this happens or not, is another question.
For the benefit of the MT members and to show that we do have your best interests at heart here are the imposter’s real details:

He goes by the name of Martingunn or Stephen Holloway. His e-mail addys are:

He lives:

Hackbridge
Surrey SM6 XXX

I have blanked some of the details but if he has taken any funds from anyone please mail me and If he does not return within 48 hours I will issue his house number, tel nos etc!

I am also going to make sure that Mods and members of:

Elitefitness
Trieda
Anabolix
Wannebebig

Are made aware so we put this scamming f**k out of business.

Please remember good sources do not need to solicit for business. They will get referrals from Mod’s and vets. Please read the source checking article and MAKE SURE YOU GET ALL SOURCES CHECKED. If you do this the risk of getting scammed is very limited.

We need sources as much as they need us. Please let us protect them and be sensible.

I hope this once again shows we have all MT members interests at heart as we are a community and anyone who threatens that will be exposed.

sleazy rider i agree but the old saying ''you can run but you can't hide' is relevant inthis case LOL.
I think we stopped him just in time before he scammed anyone. he has hurt the reputation of a good source though which really does fuck me off!

I got popped by a guy in West Glamorgan for a small amout ($240), but I am still hacked off over it. I had never been scammed before either :(

That's the son of a bitch that got me a while back with a small test order. He's changed the email around but I remeber the address. I really do hope someone fucks his shit up.
 
Pay attention to his addy as he seems to change his e-mail regularily but never the one to send funds.
So far i have not heard any reports that he has actually taken money this time but am aware that he offers to send 1 amp as a test (which is big of him LOL) so beware he may be under a different e-mail now!

I would just like to say thank you to all the Mods on Elite for keeping this a sticky as it really does help the UK Bro's.

We have another Scammer unfortunately that post under the name of Leb but will e-mail the Mods as usual as i respect their position on this board.

Unfotunately it was an Elite Member that told me but even though Leb007 has moved to South Africa we have made contact and there is a good chance we can make him return the funds.

As i say i will mail the Mods and ask for permission to post the full story + addys if he does not return funds.

Until then please do not order from him and do your source checks.

FOR ALL THOSE TIRED OF HEARING OF THIS, MY APPOLOGIES!!!!!!

I tried keeping this subject to one thread only, but it was deleted again without making an attempt on their part to resolve the issue. So this is the only way to keep people aware of the poor business practices of George/Chris. I said it a thousand times, this will all end if George would only honor his agreement!

The story is this, I paid in full $487 for Georges personal consultation service. I recieved:

1. 15 minute phone call
2. Cut n paste cycles
3. A email about site injection (I left this out earlier)

That is all I got for $487.00! When I entered the agreement, there was a 100% unconditional, no questions asked money back guarantee. I was unsatisfied with the service and asked for a refund. George is refusing to honor that commitment. For over a month, I called and sent emails to George asking for the refund. He totaly ignored me. Actaully, he did call me once, but I made it clear that I wanted the refund. I tried very hard to resolve this before bringing it to the board, simply because I have never had a problem with George in the nearly 4 years I have been here. He has always treated me fairly to this point.

So, after over a month of desperately trying, (and asking mods forn help and advice), I decided to bring it publicly to the boards to get his attention. What I got was my user name banned, my IP address blocked Georges only reply to a thread was insinuating that I purchased this as an attempt to buy steroids from him, which is totaly false!

SInce then I have posted this issue up on this board a number of times and it usually results in a thread being deleted or moved to the moderators forum.

I also tried to compromise with George. I asked him to just send me $487 worth of Mass Quantites instead. He already had my money, so I would settle for this. Oh, he would also have to reinstate my true user name. Guess what, denied! Would not respond and I was totally ignored again.

Yes, I have consultated with a lawyer. Luckily, I have prepaid legal fee's thru my company, and this false under thier guidelines. The only reason I have not pushed that route further is because that would draw the wrong kind of attention to this site and could put to many good people at risk. I will use that as a last resort, but my patience is running thin.

I have tried everything I can to resolve this matter, but George will not reply, compromise or try to settle the issue.

Many of you may think "Something is missing!" Hell, I would! But those of you who know me from the past four years, know that I am a stand up guy and the last thing I want to do is hurt anyone. But for those of you that are "Skeptical", know this. There are 3 fact's that are constant, no 2 ways about it:

1. I paid in full $487 for Georges Personal Consultation!

3. Goerge refuses to honor that commitment.

Those 3 things can not be denied!
