I'm 9 weeks from going to the beach, so I'm starting to cut. Made 3 servings tonight of ground turkey that I sauteed with some diced fresh tomato, garlic, no salt added. I topped off 3 portions of frozen green beans with this turkey mixture (about 4oz. of turkey in each serving). Brought my three meals to work. Ate one serving, tasted good, 2.5 hours later still felt really full, but forced down the second serving.
Second serving went down but felt really uncomfortable, stomach felt bloated. I kept feeling like I had to burp but nothing would come. I drank a bunch of water thinking this will force me to burp and I'll feel great then. No dice, just felt even more bloated. I walked in the restroom at work, picked a stall and made myself throw up. Two fingers down the hatch and I emptied out my stomach. About 5 hurls later I felt awesome and shitty at the same time. The thought of all the protein and food leaving my body made me sad, but I felt so much relief from the bloat and uncomfortableness I overlooked it.
Afterward I drank a lean body shake and felt a little better. Anyone else done that because all the food they ate made them feel so uncomfortable? Its not like I'm bulimic or anything, I think i just got some shitty turkey or something. Now I have all this ground turkey at home and mentally I can't bring myself to eat it since I got sick off it. My diet just mind fucked me for the week I think.
